We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For larger or more complex events, booking even earlier is advised. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests depending on our schedule.

Yes, a rush fee may apply for bookings made within 7 days of your event. Please refer to our pricing page for more details on rush fees.
Full payment is required for bookings within two weeks of the event date. For bookings made in advance, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due 48 hours before the event.
Weather can affect balloon installations, especially if the event is outdoors. We recommend having a backup indoor location or covering for your balloon decor. Please reach out to discuss weather contingency plans.
Balloon decorations generally last anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on the type of balloons used and the environment. We use high-quality balloons and will ensure your decor looks great throughout your event.
